I'm Alex Christian - Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Certified Group Fitness Instructor.

My mission in life is to help you stop dieting, restricting and binge eating so you can finally lose weight and maintain it long term. 

My work involves a holistic approach, evaluating all factors of your body and mind, including dietary and lifestyle habits.

I teach you to develop a healthy relationship with food, how to eat mindfully, and to love your body.

It's never too late or too early to work towards being the healthiest you.
